This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through LiftLog. All transactions are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ), our Merchant of Record, who handles payment processing and refunds on our behalf.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all Pro subscription purchases.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked.

  • Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • Applies to first-time purchases only (not renewals)
  • One refund per customer

Include your email address used for purchase and the transaction ID (found in your receipt email from Creem).

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • You have previously received a refund for a Pro subscription
  • The subscription has been renewed (refunds apply to initial purchase only)
  • Violations of our Terms of Service

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will:

  • Stop automatic renewal at the end of your current billing period
  • Not trigger an automatic refund
  • Allow you to continue using Pro features until the end of your paid period

To cancel, go to Settings in the app or contact support.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider instead of contacting us first:

  • Your account may be suspended immediately
  • You may be prohibited from making future purchases
  • We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks through proper channels
